1. Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products purchased from Corum Elegance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and documentation included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-engraved watches or products that have been altered or damaged, are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@corumelegance.com or call us at (727) 725-9067. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, style, or color, we are happy to assist you. You can request an exchange by contacting us directly. The same return conditions apply, and exchanges are subject to availability.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@corumelegance.com or (727) 725-9067. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product and cover any shipping costs associated with the return. Please retain all original packaging and photographs of the damage as we may request them to process your claim.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.

5. International Returns

For international customers, the return process is similar to that of domestic orders. However, international customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Warranty

In addition to our return and refund policy, most of the watches sold by Corum Elegance come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your watch experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance with repairs or a replacement.
